XLT is committed to the fight against anti-privacy and SPAM by complying with our obligations under the Australian Government SPAM Act 2003, at all times.
XLT guarantees that:
You will not be sent any unsolicited commercial electronic messages (e-mail) without your consent;
XLT will not use address-harvesting software in any circumstances. Email addresses and any other private information obtained by XLT will not
be disclosed to any 3rd parties unless instructed by an Australian Government Order.
To assist us in the combat of SPAM we kindly request your assistance with the following issues:
Whenever forwarding emails to many addresses always use the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) option, as opposed to CC (Carbon Copy), to prevent
the email addresses being gathered by SPAMMERS.
If you receive an un-requested message, which appears to originate from an XLT email address, please assume that it has been sent in error
and contact us immediately.
