Rigging Training

XLt delivers competency based Rigging Training Programs that are designed to meet the National Occupational Health & Safety Certification Standards.

These courses qualify for Building and Construction Industry Training Funding (BCITF) for eligible trainees. Contact us to find out more.

The Rigging Training Programs offered are:

  • Rigging (Basic)
    Operation as a Rigger with the skills and knowledge to cover requirements as detailed in the National Occupational Health & Safety Certification Standards for Uses & Operators of Industrial Equipment.

    Pre-Requisites:
    Minimum age of 18 years with the ability to speak and write English to a basic level and have the necessary levels of health and fitness to safely carry out work as a Rigger.

    Dogging Certificate.

  • Rigging (Intermediate)
    Operation as a Rigger with the skills and knowledge to cover requirements as detailed in the National Occupational Health & Safety Certification Standards for Uses & Operators of Industrial Equipment.

    Pre-Requisites:
    Minimum age of 18 years with the ability to speak and write English to a basic level and have the necessary levels of health and fitness to safely carry out work as a Rigger.

    Dogging Certificate and Basic Rigging Certificate.

  • Rigging (Advanced)
    Operation as a Rigger with the skills and knowledge to cover requirements as detailed in the National Occupational Health & Safety Certification Standards for Uses & Operators of Industrial Equipment.

    Pre-Requisites:
    Minimum age of 18 years with the ability to speak and write English to a basic level and have the necessary levels of health and fitness to safely carry out work as a Rigger.

    Dogging Certificate, Basic and Intermediate Rigging Certificates.

  • Rigging (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced)
    Operation as a Rigger with the skills and knowledge to cover requirements as detailed in the National Occupational Health & Safety Certification Standards for Uses & Operators of Industrial Equipment.

    Pre-Requisites:
    Minimum age of 18 years with the ability to speak and write English to a basic level and have the necessary levels of health and fitness to safely carry out work as a Rigger.

    Dogging Certificate.

  • Dogging and Rigging (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced)
    Operate as a Dogman / Rigger as detailed in the National Occupational Health & Safety Certification Standards for Uses & Operators of Industrial Equipment -
    NOHSC:1006 1995.

    Pre-Requisites:
    Minimum age of 18 years with the ability to speak and write English to a basic level and have the necessary levels of health and fitness to safely carry out work as a Dogman / Rigger.
